Cancellation and Refund Policies
What is your cancellation policy for one-on-one appointments or coaching sessions?
Due to the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care involved in creating and providing our Programs, Products, Services, and Program Materials, we have a no-refund policy. By using and/or purchasing any of our Programs, Products, Services, or Program Materials, you understand and agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.
What is the refund policy for downloads such as meditations?
By opting to use or purchase any of our downloaded materials, you explicitly recognize and agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be given.
Booking Questions
What if I need to book outside of your regular hours?
Please email me at Katie@afireinhersoul.com with your preferred dates and times at least 7 business days before your scheduled booking.
What if I need to change the date or time of the appointment I already scheduled?

Do you offer a group event?

How to I become a member of The Soulful Sisterhood Circle?
To be considered for membership in The Soulful Sisterhood Circle, it is required to attend either a one-on-one appointment with Katie or participate in a coaching container. We are dedicated to fostering a safe, kind, and nurturing tribe of wonderful souls.
