Before the meditation:  "I was generally relaxed. A little excited when we were about to start; a little excited."

During the meditation:  "My body was very heavy. At the beginning my right arm twitched 2-3 times. Throughout the meditation my body also got warm. Somewhere in between I felt my body was kinda vibrating.  It also felt like my mind was somehow disconnected from my body. So when I realized the twitching, I slightly worried but it was just a thought - not feeling or physical connection to it"

After the meditation: "Empty but in a good way.  I was totally present and deeply relaxed. Not quite sleepy but kinda the way you feel when you are very tired and ready to fall asleep immediately- just more awake. Guess feeling high is a good way to describe it. That was the first meditation that really blew my mind!!"
